We're Hiring: Location Manager (Salon Supervisor & Receptionist)

 Location: Chelmsford & Four Corners (rotation required)
 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
 Reporting to: General Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Location Manager (Salon Supervisor & Receptionist) to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is passionate about team leadership and salon management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervisory Duties (40%)

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and salon staff.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Schedule and assign work shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts professionally.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
  • Implement and enforce salon policies, including sanitation and safety protocols.

 Receptionist Duties (40%)

  • Greet and welcome clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon’s calendar.
  • Provide information about available services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Keep the reception area clean and professional.
  • Assist clients in selecting nail care products and manage retail inventory.

 Administrative Duties (20%)

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing emails and maintaining records.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a salon or customer service environment preferred.
  • Skills & Qualities:
  • Knowledge of nail care services and salon operations is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicts tactfully and professionally.
  • Basic administrative and computer proficiency.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming salon environment.
