Dear Contestants,

Please refer to the attached audition schedule to confirm your assigned audition date and time. Please remember your Contestant Number (Registration ID), as it will be required during check-in on the day of your audition.

• Contestants      with Registration IDs STS-001 to STS-025 will audition on Tuesday,      July 7, 2026. 
• Contestants      with Registration IDs STS-026 to STS-052 will audition on Wednesday,      July 8, 2026.

📅 Audition Dates: July 7 & 8, 2026
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Steelworkers Hall, Sudbury

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled audition time to complete the check-in process.

Please Be Prepared

• Each      performance is limited to a maximum of 4 minutes. 
• An      additional 2–3 minutes will be provided for stage setup and      preparation before your performance. 
• Wear      appropriate performance attire and bring any required props or      instruments. 
• If      your performance requires background music, please email your MP3      file to inquiry@glamourbykrystalbeauty.ca no later than Saturday,      July 5, 2026. 
• Your      MP3 file must be named using the following format:
      Contestant Number – Your Name – Song Title.mp3
      Example: STS-003-Kara Cameron-Love Story.mp3 
• Please      bring a backup copy of your MP3 file on a USB flash drive on the      day of your audition. 
• Contestants      under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian      during the audition. 

Important Notice

• Contestants      STS-001, STS-030, and STS-040 are currently competing in another      event and will be evaluated by the judges using their pre-submitted      audition videos. 
• Contestants      scheduled immediately after these Registration IDs are kindly asked to be      ready earlier than their assigned audition time, as the schedule may move      ahead.

Results Announcement

The list of contestants advancing to the Top 15 will be announced on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
